Create an instant refund via Monyx Wallet
1. Click "Consumers"
Image AttachedClick on the "Consumers" tab.
2. Click "Monyx Refund"
Image AttachedSelect "Monyx Refund".
3. Click "Edit Pre-defined Message"
Image AttachedIf it's the first time you create a refund, Click here to edit the message templates you will send to your consumers.
4. Locate your operator
Image AttachedLocate your operator.
5. Templates you have created
Image AttachedYou will see template messages you've created.
If you didn't create messages yet - you'll see an empty row.
6. Fill in a new massage template
Image AttachedEnter the message you would like the consumer to see for the instant refund.
7. Click "Add New"
Image AttachedClick on "Add New" to create a new refund message.
You can create a few templates in order to choose and adjust the messages you want for each case of refund.
Note: There is a character limit for a message that you can write.
8. Click "Submit Messages"
Image AttachedClick on "Submit Messages" to save the changes.
9. Click here
Image AttachedNow, click "Create New Refund" to initiate the refund process.
10. Locate your operator
Image AttachedLocate your operator.
11. Fill in the information
Image AttachedFill in the relevant information.
12. Tick the box
Image AttachedTick the "Cash" or "Credit Card Revalue" box to control the consumer revaluation.
13. Fill in "Remark"
Image AttachedYou can add a "Remark" for internal use.
14. Select the message
Image AttachedSelect from the drop-down menu the message you wish to send to the consumer.
15. Click here
Image AttachedClick on "Create New Refund" to complete the refund process.
16. Approval note
Image AttachedNote the verification message on the right side of the screen.
This will approve that the refund message was sent to the consumer.
17. Refund History
Image AttachedYou will also see the "Refunds History" at the bottom.
