Click Operations
Image AttachedOn the dashboard of your Nayax Core management suite click on the Operators tab.

Click Machines

Click on the Machines tab from the dropdown menu.

Fill in Fields

Type in your operators name and any other fields to locate your machine. Then Click search button as highlighted in RED on the visual.

Locate Operator in Hierarchy

Locate and click on the machine from the hierarchy.

Click Language / Audio

On the main general machine page, click on the Language / Audio to open options.

Checkbox Choices

Checkbox and select the relevant boxes you wish to edit and set for your device.

Choose Volume Level (0-85)

Highlighted in RED on the visual to set the volume coming from the device, type a number in this attribute between 0 - which will mute the device, and 85 - which will set the volume to the highest.

Add Primary / Secondary Language Option

You can also add the primary and secondary language for your machine by clicking the arrow as highlighted in RED on the visual with a drop down menu of languages options supported by Nayax.

Click Update Queue or Restart Device

Click on the Action drop-down menu and click Update Queue to send the new attributes to the devices queue or you can also choose Restart Device to immediately update the attributes on the machine.

Click Save
