How to Proceed with a Refund | MoMa

Open MoMa App

Open the MoMa app on your phone to access the login screen.

Login to your Account

On the MoMa login screen, enter your account details to sign in.

Machines Page

You will automatically be taken to the Machines page.

Click on Magnifying Glass Icon

Click on the magnifying glass icon on the top right of your screen.

Search your Machine or Operator

You can search by operator name, machine ID, or machine name.

Locate and Select your Machine

Locate and select your Machine that you wish to find the transaction to refund.

Navigate to the Last Sales Tab

Once you are inside your machine profile, navigate to the Last Sales Tab, as indicated in RED.

Click on Magnifying Glass Icon

Click on the magnifying glass icon on the top right of your screen to search for the transaction you want to refund.
Please note, you can use the filters at the top of the page to locate the transaction for a refund.
Alternatively, you can also search by the last four digits of the card used or by the product name

Locate and Select Transaction
Locate and select relevant transaction to be refunded.

Popup Appears for Selected Refund

A new pop up will be displayed after selecting the transaction you wish to refund.

Select Request Refund Button

Select the Request Refund button at the bottom of the screen.

A New Pop Up will be Displayed for your Refund Request

Please Select the Type of Refund you want to Proceed with:
