Refund Request | Reports

A pop-up message will appear with the refund details.

On this screen, you can review and verify transaction and charge point details, billing provider details, and more.

In order to finalize the request, you will need to enter the email address where you wish to receive the Refund Confirmation Email and Specify the Refund Reason (free text field).

Once the details are verified and the relevant fields are filled out, click on Request Refund in the right bottom corner of the screen, and confirm the action.

If the refund request is pending, the transaction row in Dynamic Transactions Monitor is colored in blue

After the transaction was refunded successfully, the row with the transaction details will turn green
